When I'm getting the berries ready for ...Robin. When I'm getting the berries ready for freezing I put them on a sheet pan and spread the berries out on it so they are in a single layer. Then I freeze them for about an hour to hour 1/2 so that they freeze individually and won't clump together when I bag and vacuum seal them.
