(Needed to sit on my desk a while cooling before I could eat, I think they cooked more in that time also.)crAshhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06855326526576144753noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2794773196727660659.post-83266229300776695992011-05-14T14:27:13.656-04:002011-05-14T14:27:13.656-04:00Hope there will be a dealer here in Wisconsin.Hope there will be a dealer here in Wisconsin.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2794773196727660659.post-40335021458931610962010-11-12T08:43:52.261-05:002010-11-12T08:43:52.261-05:00I have a mini-rice cooker (1.5 cups) and I use it ...I have a mini-rice cooker (1.5 cups) and I use it to make the TJ Quick Oats. I think it still takes 8 mins, but its an unsupervised 8 mins - no stirring. So you can fill it before hopping in the shower and have perfect hot oatmeal when you get out.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2794773196727660659.post-11148267379355783792010-07-01T10:42:53.611-04:002010-07-01T10:42:53.611-04:00I just bought this and have tried making it for th...I just bought this and have tried making it for the last 3 days at work only for it to explode all over the microwave within 10 seconds of starting it! I got a tip from FoodNetwork on how to cook them with MINIMAL effort. Find the smallest crockpot out there and put the oats with water (I also sprinkle a bit of kasha, found in the kosher aisle) and put it on warm. Cook overnight - in the morning it will be ready! This is my new breakfast of choice before I run - sticks with me longer than the add-hot-water type. I add a bit of TJ's maple syrup and it lasts through the run. Perfect for an 8 minute prep breakfast. My TJs is 20 miles from here, but near the Apple store so I double up my visits!Stevehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16567793424252521331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2794773196727660659.post-87803745493543706912009-03-23T14:44:00.000-04:002009-03-23T14:44:00.000-04:00So stinking jealous still no trader joes here but ...So stinking jealous still no trader joes here but one in Indianapolis so when I drive down there I stock up.Jeffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10806107620314531134noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2794773196727660659.post-43534187724891803632009-03-20T22:25:00.000-04:002009-03-20T22:25:00.000-04:00I am ging to look for these becuase the regular on...I am ging to look for these becuase the regular ones take way too long!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2794773196727660659.post-91206884772634423232009-03-20T13:39:00.000-04:002009-03-20T13:39:00.000-04:00I totally agree with you...we have a Trader Joe's ...I totally agree with you...we have a Trader Joe's near us (walking distance) and we love it!
