I used small shells, 1/2 the ricotta, sausage instead of hamburger, some chopped garlic in with the onions, and pineapple! My husband and 3 year old LOVED this and have asked to have it again already. Luckily I tripled everything and made two freezer meals for later. :) Awesome recipe.Veronicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14181872039874322346noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2794773196727660659.post-74908948432006161542012-10-06T10:21:25.333-04:002012-10-06T10:21:25.333-04:00It's so funny I made something like this mysel...It's so funny I made something like this myself this week. I browned sausage, pancetta and diced ham with some garlic - then added a can of San Marzano crushed tomatoes, two tablespoons of my macadamia nut pesto I had - threw in some medium shells and topped with cheeese. Jim and Andrew loved it. BUT, it appears that there has finally been a temperature shift and today's high is "only" supposed to be 83! So NOW my dilemma is yours...too many recipes and not enough hours in the day to make them. My head spins. So where to start, exactly. Maybe with this one...
