It was pretty easy to make and the house smelled so good while it was in the oven. I cut the batch in half and only made one loaf and I will definitely be making a full batch next time. I guess if you upend the loaf and it doesn't sound hollow when you tap it you just pop it back in the pan, and the oven for a few more minutes.
