Good for you! You asked me to let you know if I made the coconut rice pudding. I did, but realized after the fact that the arborio rice had been around a bit too long, & tasted stale. I'd been waiting for inspiration a little too long! I could tell it was wonderful though, & will try it again with fresher ingredients. And I have never especially liked rice pudding! This one's different, though.
